We are
confident you will be happy the products your purchase as we aim to describe
items as accurately as possible and hand check all orders before they are
dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard. However, if you
are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund
assuming they are returned within 7 days of receipt for UK customers and 14 days for international customers, unworn, and
in original and resalable condition.
Please note that customers are responsible for covering the full return cost. Once the returned item has been received by us you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund (excluding original postage cost). We aim to process all returns within 2 working days of receiving them and as long as returned items meet our refunds criteria, your refund will be with you 24-48 hours after your return is processed. Customers will be notified by email once a return has been processed.
