Shipping FAQ

Do you deliver to my country?

We deliver to almost all countries worldwide. Please contact us for further information if you are unsure if we ship to your country.

 

How long does delivery take?

All retail orders made from within the U.K. will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. We will send you an email to let you know exactly how and at what time your order was dispatched, including tracking number (if applicable).


International delivery times vary, Europe is generally 3-5 working days from date of dispatch, Russian Federation & the rest of the world is generally 5-10 working days from dispatch (subject to customs & duty procedures beyond our control). In most cases, UPS are a day or two quicker than Royal Mail for international shipping.


How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email to confirm your goods have been dispatched. You can also track your order using the ‘track order’ page in your account area. Status will show ‘order shipped’ once it has been collected.

 
Can I track my parcel?

All orders shipped using Royal Mail International signed for, UPS and Parcelforce are tracked. We will email you tracking details as soon as the parcel has been collected.

 
Can  I change the delivery address?

For orders placed online, we provide the option to ship to a different address than the one at which your card is registered. For security reasons, this service is discretionary, and we reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or verify details with our customers before shipping to a different address. If you have made a mistake with your delivery details contact us immediately and we can try to amend them.

 
What if I'm not home when it's deliver?

Royal Mail, UPS & Parcelforce leave cards to say they called while you were out. All offer re delivery or collection from depot.
Royal Mail tracked service for UK customers allow you to specify a safe place to leave your goods if you know you’re not going to be home.

 
Can someone else sign for my delivery?

Royal Mail Special Delivery, UPS & Parcelforce services require somebody at the delivery address to sign for the package, it does not have to be the addressee. The signature is electronically logged for security. Any signature at the address will be taken as proof of delivery by us.

 
Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

 
Why have UPS contacted me for further information regarding my country customs department?

Each country will have their own goods import procedures and these can vary across countries. From our experience USA customs do require at times further details of a high value orders, such as manufacturer details/IRS number at times.

 
Why hasn't my order arrived yet?

International shipments can occasionally take longer than expected- goods can be held up in customs or there can be delays during the handover from one countries postal service to another. If you’re and international customer and your order hasn’t arrived after 7 working days from dispatch, please contact us & we will investigate for you.
If you are in the UK, please double check a Royal Mail or UPS delivery card hasn’t been left at your delivery address, or with your neighbours. If not, contact us and we will investigate.

 
What happens if my order gets lost in the post?

In the unlikely event your order gets lost in the post we will be happy to make a claim on your behalf if the customer has paid for a tracked and insured shipping service option. Our policy is to refund in full or send a replacement once the required time has past, stated by the relevant shipping company in their terms.


Please note: UPS state that a parcel must be 24 hours late for it to be reported lost. Their policy is to launch an investigation, which usually takes 7-10 working days before we are able to claim. Royal Mail require shipments to be 15 working days late within the UK (10 for Special Delivery). 20 working days for Europe, 25 working days for the rest of the world.
